How much will a virtual tour cost in 2026, and what determines the price?

The most common question before requesting a quote: how much does a virtual tour cost? Short answer: it depends on the size of the premises and the number of photographic points. Longer answer: the following factors drive the price.

What determines the price?

  • Floor area and number of points. A small shop can be toured from 3-5 points, a showroom or restaurant from 8-15 points, and a shopping centre from many more.
  • Type of premises. A separate room, terrace, garden, workshop or car park all add extra points to the tour.
  • Photography time. Photography outside opening hours, with tidy premises, yields faster and better results.
  • Extra elements. Drone footage, floor plan, embedding on the website, company profile arrangement.

Hungarian price ranges

In the market, a tour of a café under 50 m² typically starts at around 50,000 Forints, a restaurant over 51 m² is around 80,000 Forints, and uploading to Google Street View, drone footage or a floor plan are separate items. Larger or more complex locations always receive a custom quote. It works the same way for us: we provide an exact price based on the location and the number of points.

Why shouldn’t it be viewed as an advertisement?

An advertisement brings in enquiries as long as you pay for it. A virtual tour is a one-off job that then stays on your Google profile, on Maps and on your website for years. It doesn’t expire, and you don’t have to restart it every month.

What do you get for your money?

Spherical panoramas from all important points, a navigable tour stitched together from these, upload to Google Maps and your company profile, and a shareable link that you can put in an advertisement, email or on your own site.

If you’d like to know how many points your place would need to be well-toured, give us a call: we can give you an exact price after a short conversation.
