How to make great videos on Google Maps?

Google’s new service has launched, allowing us to record videos on Google Maps from today (currently only with Android phones).

 

We can instantly upload 10-second videos to Maps from our phone, or upload 30-second recordings from our gallery.

 

Every uploaded video goes through a review process, which checks both the audio and the quality.

Before use, please ensure you are familiar with Google’s review policy and the newly updated audio technical policy.

 

Businesses thus get a new way to promote their business. Restaurants, hotels, and beaches can most expect users to start uploading video content about their business in addition to photos.
